Who we are
RECOVR Group is a mobile IV drip business offering wellness-focused hydration and vitamin therapy across NSW. As we prepare for launch, we're seeking a compliance consultant with experience in healthcare regulation to guide us through the key legal and regulatory steps required to operate responsibly and safely.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced consultant to provide short-term, high-impact support on our launch. You'll advise on the compliance framework required under Australian law, help us ensure our business model aligns with regulatory expectations, and guide us on documentation and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on compliance with AHPRA, TGA, NSW Health, and other relevant state/federal health legislation
- Provide guidance on clinical governance, including nurse contracting, scope of practice, and record-keeping
- Identify any required policies, procedures, or documentation needed for a compliant launch
- Flag risks or gaps in our proposed operating model (e.g. advertising rules, cold chain storage, consent protocols)
- Assist in reviewing or drafting SOPs and informed consent materials
- Be available for consultation over 2–3 weeks hours estimated total)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 2 weeks
Pay: $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
