Your role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Project & Store Maintenance Coordinator – Trade Stores to join our Trade Store Support Team. This role offers a unique mix of project coordination and store maintenance triage, playing a key part in delivering our national store upgrade program across NSW and QLD.
You'll lead the coordination and on-site supervision of trade store refurbishments, new store fit-outs, relocations, signage upgrades, and store relays – often while stores remain open and trading. Working closely with our property team, you'll also triage and coordinate maintenance requests across the trade store network, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption to customers and store staff.
With a strong pipeline of projects and a dynamic scope, this role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for organisation, and the flexibility to travel both locally & interstate on a regular basis. You'll be the bridge between our store teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders – keeping projects on track, resolving issues promptly, and making sure every detail meets DuluxGroup standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise multiple store refurbishment, fit-out, relocations, and closure projects from planning through to completion.
- Act as the central point of contact & record keeping for store maintenance requests, triaging issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
- Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
- Prepare project schedules, securing manufacturing & delivery lead-times, works quotations as required and overseeing the key Project KPI,s to ensure that projects are delivered to the prescribed time-lines.
- Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.

Skills & Experience
- Proven project coordination or management experience, ideally in retail, hardware/trade, or hospitality environments.
- Ability to lead and supervise multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time and to high standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and be on-site for extended periods during project delivery.
