Learning Program Manager

The Property Council of Australia is the champion of Australia's largest industry that
employs 1.4 million Australians and shapes the future of our cities. Our members include
large and small companies which invest, own, manage and develop all forms of property
as well as providers of professional services to the industry.
Position Purpose
The Learning Program Manager designs, delivers and continuously improves high-quality
learning programs that build the capability of Australia's property professionals. The role
ensures the Property Council Academy's courses are innovative, commercially successful
and aligned to industry needs, while providing an excellent learner experience. Through
effective program management, stakeholder engagement and commitment to continuous
improvement, the position contributes directly to the Academy's growth, member value
and industry impact.
The key responsibilities include
- Plan and manage the
annual calendar of National Academy
courses (Including your course remit
foundations, hot topics and nominated
Industry Diplomas Property Development,
Property Asset Management and Industrial) - Work alongside Bespoke learning specialist
(Public) to drive Academy committee
engagement and implement feedback to
ensure curriculum reflects current industry
needs and trends. - Secure facilitator and industry speakers
within set timelines, ensuring a diverse and
high-quality speaker pool. - Identify trends and emerging skill gaps to
inform new course development. - Build and launch short courses in emerging
'hot topic' areas. - Use participant data and industry feedback
to refine existing courses and propose new
offerings that drive commercial growth - Respond to participant and member
enquiries in a professional and timely
manner. - Maintain accurate records of engagement,
enrolments, and feedback in the CRM. - Monitor and report on enrolment trends,
participation rates and administrative
efficiency to inform continuous
improvement.
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in learning and development environment is essential.
- Strong MS Office skills
Proficiency in CRM and/or learning management systems (LMS). - Experience coordinating program logistics and live delivery support.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering to deadlines
Desirable
Experience in developing and/or managing accredited or standards-based programs.
Experience in program budgeting and financial management.
