About the opportunity

The role provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for Aged Care and Retirement Village services by ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in financial systems and processes. The role supports compliance, funding optimisation, team development, and business performance through insightful analysis, commercial advice, and effective business partnering.

• Strong written and verbal communication with an ability to engage with executives, management and staff through consultation processes and demonstrated skills and sound judgment
