About the opportunity
The role provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for Aged Care and Retirement Village services by ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in financial systems and processes. The role supports compliance, funding optimisation, team development, and business performance through insightful analysis, commercial advice, and effective business partnering.
