This role best suits applicants who are well organized, can multi-task, and work under pressure.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be required to complete a variety of tasks to assist the maintenance department, including but not limited to:

· Working with Workshop Manager to schedule day-to-day activities for Mechanical department

· Coordinate preventative & Corrective Maintenance work through Mex

· Maintain accurate asset records and maintenance histories

· Check/verify prestart's and hour meter readings of assets

· Creating, reviewing, and issuing maintenance and repair jobs from MEX requests/prestarts

· Assist in parts ordering

· Utilize Microsoft and other programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) for data entering and ordering

· Follow and understand company procedures and processes relevant to the position

To be considered for the role, you will possess the following skills/attributes:

· Familiarity with CMMS (Preferable MEX)

· Experience of working in an office

  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Office suites

  • Previous Scheduling Experience Desirable

  • Basic Mechanical/Parts knowledge/Understanding

  • Friendly with a positive, outgoing & "can-do" attitude

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
