Pathology Collections Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking full-time fixed term Pathology Collections Team Leader to join our dedicated team within VIC Regional area. The role will be based in the Bendigo Area. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be required to manage daily sick calls and rosters, enter time and attendance in our payroll system, and assist with assorted administrative tasks.

Successful candidates will be patient-focused, show a passion for our business, and uphold Clinical Labs' values. This position will suit self-motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.

The successful applicant will have:

·       Good computer skills, exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner

·       A minimum of 3 years of experience

·       Valid Driver's licence

·       Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience

·       Sound clinical knowledge

·       Excellent time management skills

·       Keen eye for detail

·       Ability to work under the direction of the Area Manager

·       Ability to communicate effectively with the collections team, referring doctors, patients and other stakeholders

·       A strong desire to learn and embrace new challenges

·       Ability to understand and ensure compliance with WHS policies and guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy workplace
