We're partnering with leading consultancy to help deliver a high-impact MVP website program. You'll join a specialist digital team delivering a modern, component-driven UI and design system.
About the role
You'll take very early design work and drive it into high-fidelity user interface designs, moving quickly into execution. The work centres on building a production-ready design system for Adobe Experience Manager and delivering UI templates through fast design sprints.

Duration:
Initial 3.5-month contract (minimum), with potential to extend
Key responsibilities
- Review existing high-fidelity UI and complete a structured gap analysis to define remaining MVP scope.
- Translate findings into clear, prioritised design requirements for customer-facing UI.
- Facilitate design planning workshops to align scope, priorities, and execution with stakeholders.
- Execute detailed UI across two design sprints to complete the MVP website design.
- Build and document a production-ready, component-driven design system optimised for AEMaaCS, leveraging existing Figma assets.
- Ensure designs align with agreed taxonomy/ontology standards and validate through stakeholder reviews, iterating as needed.
About you
- Proven experience across digital product/UI design (Senior and Mid Level openings).
- Expert Figma skills: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, libraries, and handover documentation.
- Proven track record creating and scaling design systems; strong component-driven mindset.
- Experience designing for enterprise CMS ecosystems-ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / AEMaaCS).
- Comfortable running (or contributing to) workshops, presenting work, taking feedback, and iterating with stakeholders.
- Execution-first, sprint-savvy designer who can move from brief to polished UI quickly and pragmatically.
