POSITION: Leading Hand/Installer

JOB: Installation of Shade Sails, Pool Umbrellas, External Awnings and Blinds.

We are also looking for a candidate who can do the following:

  • Team supervision: Guiding and directing a team to complete daily tasks, projects, and operations.
  • Task delegation: Assigning work based on team member skills and monitoring its timely and quality completion. ·
  • Quality control: Checking the quality of work performed by the team andimplementing corrections as needed.

ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a Physically fit, Self-starting, forward thinker with a good work ethic & attention to detail.

MUST HAVE:·

  • Current open / manual driver's licence·
  • Math Skills
  • White card or willing to obtain one.
  • Experience using small power tools, working on ladders.
  • Must be able to perform in tough conditions - sometimes our work is hard, hot, heavy, and dirty.
  • Previous experience in outdoor blinds and awnings an advantage but not essential.
