Production Administration

Here at Patios Wholesale, we are a leading supplier of patio roofs, carports, and pergola solutions.

We are looking to expand our team. We are a DIY Patio building company, selling DIY Patio Kits online.

We have an exciting position now available for an Enthusiastic Administration/ Scheduling Assistant to join our team

Do you love being busy and having loads of variety? Do you enjoy no two days being the same?

Do you have demonstrated qualities and experience in the following: -

* At least 4 years' experience in Office Administration preferably in the construction industry

* Professional, friendly phone manner

* Minor building knowledge preferred but not essential

* Proficient Verbal and written communication skills

* Knowledge in working with computers and detailed software solutions

* Excellent Time Management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast past and busy working environment

* Eye for Detail

* Experience with answering a busy phone system and demonstrated communication skills with dealing with customers directly

* Work within a strong team-oriented workplace

* Ability to work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
