Junior Fmcg Sales Representative

We are looking for an independent, motivated, friendly, and highly organised person to help us grow our customer base in Sydney and help support our sales drive across the country.

**Overview**:
Allie's is Australia's leading cold-pressed juice company, supplying over 1,500 of the best cafes, hotels and independent grocers across the country. Notable clients include Qantas, Sheraton, W Hotel, Ovolo Hotels, Pullman, Hyatt Regency, Shangri-La, Three Blue Ducks, ONA Coffee, and Blackstar Pastry, among others. We have been doubling in size year on year for the last 4 years as demand for our product has soared since coming out of lockdown.

To be successful in this role you need to:

- Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Have a passion for healthy beverages and the cafe industry.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Be a quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and permanent Australian residency.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and build rapport in the cafe sector.
- Use scripts to qualify prospects and arrange meetings for senior Business Development Managers.
- Support sales administration, logistics, planning, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve personal and team goals.
- Assist in selling new products to existing customers.

**Experience**:Customer service or sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
