About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and values-driven Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step into leadership. This Associate Team Leader role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about professional growth and want to develop leadership skills in a supportive, mentored environment.

You will work closely with our Senior Clinical Leadership Team and Director of Clinical Services, who brings 25 years of clinical and leadership experience, to grow your confidence and capability in team leadership while continuing to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy.

This role offers a clear career progression pathway, structured mentorship, and guided support to help you thrive as a leader while maintaining strong clinical excellence.

About the Role

  • Searching for clinicians (3+ years experience).
  • Sustainable productivity targets at 60%, with incentives kicking in from 50%.
  • Promotion reviews every 12 weeks to fast-track your growth.
  • Formal structured supervision and mentoring included.
  • Choose permanent part-time (1–3 days a week), full-time (4 days a week), or a 6/12-month contract.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, First Aid Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
