• Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities for our residents
• Encourage participation and build meaningful connections
• Support wellbeing, independence, and social interaction
• Work with a caring team who put residents first
• Personally maximise the quality of life for each resident

• Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality
• Passion for working with older people
• Flexibility and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills (Word & Excel)

Bonus if you have: Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (or studying), aged care experience, dementia/memory loss support skills, and/or a bus/light rigid licence.
