We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Jeweller to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, heritage-driven environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and nurtured.

Technical Skills

  • Gold smith skills on precious metals and gem properties
  • Knowledge of Jewellery handling tools and technologies (assembling/setting/polishing)
  • Knowledge of the materials' chemical properties applied to the specific phase
  • Attitude to technical poly-functionality

Main Accountabilities

  • Perform all technical phases using appropriate machines (welding, brazing, laser device)
  • Assemble parts and components respecting gem properties
  • Guarantee Productivity target assigned (quantity, lead times, and quality)
  • Perform specific self-quality control accordingly to internal quality control procedures
  • Manage any possible jewellery phase's scrap and support precious material recovery according to the procedures
  • Suggest and share technical improvements to process, technical tools, etc
  • Collaborate with Quality and Management team for product and process improvement solutions
  • Respect Security and Safety rules and communicate immediately not conformities
  • Support inventory activities
  • You will be expected to reach and exceed our Group and personal KPIs, which are defined by the management team, of which reviews will take place periodically
