THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Retail Sales & Design Team Member based in Archerfield. This position involves working as part of our collaborative retail team - reporting to the Store Manager. This opportunity will involve working with our large trades and regular customer base.

This position is full-time and permanent, with a rotating roster to work on Saturday's. No Sunday's or evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer interaction and relationship building face to face, by email and over the phone
  • Designing and selling of Stratco products
  • Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
  • Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

  • Essential – Computer and data entry skills
  • Essential - Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
  • Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
  • Essential – Availability to work one to two Saturday's per month - 9am to 2pm
  • Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
  • Desirable - Forklift licence & experience
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
  • Whilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
