**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **full time, permanent Retail Sales & Design Team Member** based in **Archerfield.**This position involves working as part of our collaborative retail team - reporting to the Store Manager. This opportunity will involve working with our large trades and regular customer base.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Designing and selling of Stratco products
- Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
- Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**

- **Essential**- Computer and data entry skills
- **Essential** - Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
- **Essential**- Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- **Essential** - Availability to work one to two Saturday's per month - 9am to 2pm
- **Desirable** - Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
