We are seeking a creative and dynamic social media, marketer and content creator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about video content creation, marketing and social media, with a passion for creating engaging content that showcases our resources.

We are looking for someone who knows the current trends, is able to grow social media pages, and can connect with the community.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Is someone who is passionate and excited when it comes to creating content and helping to build our following.

  • Has experience with facebook, Tiktok and instagram

  • Is comfortable and confident on camera (Tiktok, stories, etc.)

  • Knows how to create engaging reels and TikTok's that are on trend and of a high standard.

  • Is able work as part of a team and also on their own.

  • Is on top of all trends.

  • Is able to inspire our staff to engage in content creation.

  • Is able to think outside of the box and is full of ideas.

  • Wants to reach out to other organisations and connect with the community

  • Wants to arrange small events and collaboration opportunities

WHAT THIS JOB INVOLVES…

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with our team to grow our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok across our two companies.

  • Create high-quality, video content such in the form of reels, tiktoks and stories.

  • Writing matching captions, cover images and scheduling posts within instagram

  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas to increase engagement and reach.

  • Colab with other orgs and businesses

  • Arrange small events

  • Market our companies

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

  • Good communication and written skills.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate original ideas.

  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Capcut/Inshot and Canva.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated person who wants to make a difference in the lives of children.

Hours of work will be flexible Monday to Friday and can be part time or full time.
