In this role, you'll be at the centre of our payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring every cycle is delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance with legislation.
This isn't just about processing — it's about partnership. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll queries, a guardian of data integrity, and a key contributor to process improvements that raise the bar for efficiency and service quality.

The HR Shared Services team is trusted by employees and leaders as a reliable partner.
What you'll bring
3+ years' experience in payroll administration and operations, ideally in a multi-country or high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG).
Exceptional attention to detail with confidence handling employee data and complex calculations.
A process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving improvements.
Resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — able to create clarity and structure.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with New Zealand payroll legislation.
Familiarity with external vendor management in an outsourced or co-sourced payroll model.
Experience with HR or payroll-related platforms (e.g., Workday, TMF)
Involvement in automation, documentation, or payroll process optimisation.
Why join us?

Flexible hybrid working
First-rate parental leave
Access to Perkbox, giving you discounts across healthcare, entertainment, food, utilities and more;
Continuous opportunities to leap, learn and grow in a team that values creativity and innovation;
We don't just talk, we do. Every day we solve property problems for Australians and beyond. We encourage our people to see the possibilities, and turn them into realities.
What's next?
We'll give your application the thoughtful attention it deserves and get back to you as soon as possible. If there's a match, one of our recruitment consultants will reach out so keep your phone handy We're genuinely excited about the chance to work together and make a meaningful impact.
