We currently have an opportunity for an experienced SAP Test Manager and SAP Test Lead to join our team in either Sydney or Melbourne. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire end to end testing process (SIT, UAT and PT) ensuring that the testing strategy, resources, timelines, and deliverables align with project goals and quality standards.
Your role ensures effective test management across multiple projects and is accountable for the overall quality of software releases.
This is a 12 month contract position and suitable candidates must hold Australian Working Rights.
Experience required
- 5 years experience in a Test Management or Lead role
- Previous experience in leading, mentoring and supporting Test Leads and Testing teams to ensure high-performance testing across multiple projects (both on-shore and off-shore) across SAP Finance modules and integrated non-SAP platforms (such as Guidewire Billing Centre, Policy Centre).
- Deep understanding of insurance finance processes: premium accounting, claims settlement, regulatory reporting.
- Prior exposure to Guidewire Billing Center or integrations between SAP and Guidewire.
- Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance management.
- Expertise in test methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management & reporting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix management environment and mentoring test teams with varying experience levels
- Familiar with JIRA or ALM
