About the Role

This role is pivotal in scoping and documenting technical requirements, designing integration solutions, and supporting legacy data migration for healthcare clients. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing integration solutions using HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare standards
  • Scoping and documenting customer requirements for system integration and data migration
  • Configuring APIs and managing integration with external systems and BI tools
  • Supporting infrastructure procurement and implementation for clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in live deployments
  • Providing technical documentation and contributing to product development

About You

You're a technically skilled leader with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and integration standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex problems that make a real difference.

You'll bring:

  • Extensive experience in health technology and system integration
  • Proficiency in HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody)
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, Meditech)
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in laboratory environments (highly desirable)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
