What You'll Be Doing

• Assessment & Diagnosis: Independently assess clients with a variety of conditions, including developmental delays, physical impairments, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualised treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function for each client.
• Collaboration with Families and Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes. We have strong connections with larger multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Assistive Technology & Equipment Prescription: Conduct assessments and provide recommendations and reports for mobility aids, equipment, and assistive technology as required.
• Clinic & Community Outreach: Deliver therapy in various settings, including clinic, home, school, hydrotherapy pool, and community centres, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each client.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution with full AHPRA registration.
• Experience working within the NDIS is preferred; however, physiotherapists with a strong interest and willingness to grow in paediatrics/disability are encouraged to apply. New graduates welcome.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• A collaborative team player comfortable working within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
• Availability to work after-school hours and Saturday.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
