Your Role: As a Room Co-ordinator, you will actively engage as a team member, working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, assess, and enhance the educational programs provided to all children. You will ensure that all learning experiences are tailored to meet the diverse needs of every child. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of your classroom and mentor the team of educators in your environment.
