We're on the hunt for a driven and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our busy Distribution Centre in Bibra Lake. If you've got experience in sales within a heavy industry or trade setting, and you're ready to take your career to the next level — this could be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be a key part of our Sales & Customer Service team, supporting our customers, generating quotes, following up sales, and providing expert product advice. You'll play an essential role in ensuring we deliver the high level of service our clients rely on.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally within industrial, trade, or heavy industry sector
  • Strong background in quotation and sales follow-up
  • Confident using business software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A team player with natural leadership abilities
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
