Residency by Dillons is a boutique family run aged care facility located in the heart of Mount Lawley. Our home provides residents with equal access to care in a supportive and friendly environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/ or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an aged care or commercial cooking environment will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrates genuine desire to care for frail aged people.
  • Able to effectively communicate in written and oral English.
  • Able to prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
  • Able to clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Experience preserving and storing foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities.
  • Willing to obtain a current Police Clearance Certificate.
