About the Work:

You'll be part of a fast-paced production environment where all team members are trained across multiple areas. From ingredient prep and batching to machine operation, packaging, cleaning, and lifting — every person is hands-on and plays a key role in getting high-quality product out the door.

You'll be:

  • Handling ingredients like flour, oats, protein, and more
  • Accurately weighing and measuring using scales (grams, kilograms, etc.)
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Working on your feet with occasional lifting
  • Operating in varying temperatures — from cool rooms to ovens
  • Looking for ways to improve efficiency and take ownership of your time

Shift Work Details:

Shifts are rostered between 6:00 am and 12:00 am (midnight), Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential, and occasional weekend work may be offered based on operational needs.

Additional Info:

  • Supplementary Pay: Overtime pay, Penalty rates
  • Experience: Manufacturing/Labourer – 1 year (preferred, but not required)
  • Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in Australia
  • Commute: Must be able to travel to Minto, NSW 2566
