The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated individual, who can provide an 'Unbelievable Guest Experience'. In this crucial frontline role, as a Service and Parts Advisor you will be customer facing and act as the principal contact between the dealership and the guest, for parts enquiries, vehicle repairs and maintenance, while ensuring guest satisfaction. In this position your day will be busy and filled with variety. If you're looking for a long-term career with a can-do attitude and curious to learn, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Maintaining a high level of Guest Satisfaction
  • Becoming a Brand & Dealership Ambassador
  • Customer Enquiries for Servicing and Repairs
  • Identifying parts and components using Toyota systems
  • Determining the customers needs and communicating with the workshop, to fix it right the first time.
  • Providing superior customer services

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities;

  • Experience in a Customer Service/Sales role.
  • Have a Valid Manual Drivers Licence
  • Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Professional presentation and outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & friendly disposition
  • Time management, problem solving & organisational skills
  • High communication skills
  • Ability to build & maintain effective guest relationships
  • Computer literacy
  • Basic automotive knowledge and experience is an advantage
