About the role:

An exciting opportunity for a medication-endorsed psychiatric enrolled nurse to work in a progressive, dynamic, multidisciplinary team offering recovery management to consumers in the community mental health services. The successful incumbent will provide secondary support to case managers including home visits, community outreach depot administration, and tasks as required within their scope.

The role will further enhance the skill of the PEN for conducting mental state examinations, and psychosocial and community-based assessments.

The Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse role provides a high standard of community psychiatric clinical practice in a manner that is alert, respectful, and responsive to the views and needs of consumers, families, carers, and their culture and community.
