Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Manager and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists
  • Deliver personalised occupational therapy services to clients in clinic, home, community, and Telehealth

    settings to adolescents, and adults with intellectual disabilities and ASD.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care
  • Conducting thorough in home modification assessments
  • Prescribing assistive technologies to promote client's independence
  • devising treatment plans, and administering care to clients
  • Engaging in communication with clients in the Western Sydney area

Requirements:

  • Team management experience
  • General AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Disability experience or interested in working in disability
  • Full Australian working rights - citizen, permanent resident
