About the Role

Shenzyn is hiring an experienced
SAP BASIS Administrator
to join a high-performing Platform Support team. You will be responsible for ensuring
stability, security, and performance
across a complex SAP landscape, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end BASIS support for
    SAP ECC, NetWeaver Portal, Fiori, CRM, and BW
    .
  • Manage
    Transport Management System (TMS)
    across Dev, QA, and Prod.
  • Troubleshoot issues including job failures, dumps, login errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Perform
    system upgrades, refreshes, kernel updates, patching
    .
  • Oversee
    RFC connections, SSL/SAML/SSO setups, and SAP certificate renewals
    .
  • Handle
    incidents, service requests, OSS Notes, and SAP escalations
    .
  • Maintain documentation and ensure
    audit compliance
    .
  • Provide
    on-call support
    for urgent issues during scheduled periods.

About You

  • Extensive experience in
    SAP BASIS Administration
    across multiple SAP environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    TMS, upgrades, refreshes, and performance monitoring
    .
  • Hands-on with
    incident/change management (ITSM tools)
    .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Desirable:
    SAP BASIS certification, retail IT experience.
