We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the oven to cook chicken strictly in accordance with the company's recipe and manual.
  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
  • Support food preparation activities as required.
  • Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow cooking instructions and safety procedures precisely.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in oven-based chicken preparation.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a team environment.
  • Must have access to safe and reliable transport, as shifts may finish late in the evening.
  • Prior kitchen experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
