Role Description

We are seeking candidates for a
potential
Export Assistant / Administration
role based in Adelaide.

On-site (Adelaide CBD office) is preferred but hybrid work arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.

The role will be responsible for managing export documentation, offering exceptional customer service, handling international business transactions, and supporting other export processes.

Daily tasks will include preparing and processing export documentation, raising permit numbers, communicating with clients and suppliers and other tasks as required to support the Export function.

Qualifications / Preferred experience

  • Strong administration skills
  • Proficiency in Export Documentation and Export processes preferred but not essential
  • Experience in Customer Service and handling client relations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the agricultural industry / grain trading is a plus but not essential
