Workshop Controller – Wayne Phillis Automotive (Kia and Isuzu Ute)

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience)

Our Lonsdale site is a brand-new workshop (18 months old), built with the latest diagnostic technology and modern facilities to support our Kia and Isuzu dealerships. We're now looking for a Workshop Controller to join our leadership team and play a critical role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll lead and coordinate a team of 14 skilled technicians. This is a pivotal role where you'll be responsible for:

• Job allocation, scheduling, and workflow management
• Monitoring productivity and efficiency across the workshop
• Quality control on completed work
• Coordinating closely with parts and service advisors
• Ensuring compliance with OEM (Kia & Isuzu) service standards and warranty processes
• Driving continuous improvement in workshop performance

We are ideally seeking an experienced Workshop Controller with dealership experience. However, if you're a highly organised senior technician ready to step off the tools and into leadership, we want to hear from you.

• Automotive trade qualification (or equivalent)
