- Autonomous role improving the quality of parent child interactions
- Help reduce the need for intensive family and statutory services
- SCHADS Level 5 + Super, Full Time fixed term until 30 June 2027
This key role works as part of a team that helps families connect with services like schools, hospitals, and child health programs. Your role is to understand what families need and provide support early on, especially for those who may be struggling. The goal is to help children and families before problems become more serious and require more intensive help.

Parents are supported to build stronger social connections, such as joining peer support groups. At the same time, staff in schools and health services are given tools and training to better support families with early challenges, making sure everyone involved feels confident and capable.
