The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from design to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to achieving outstanding project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, programming, procurement, and delivery.
  • Coordinate and lead site based teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee cost control and progress reporting to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works are compliant with NSW building codes, regulations, and WHS legislation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction sector (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, WHS requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong financial skills and experience with project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management preferred.
