Capital Pipe Relining are currently seeking a Combo Jet/Vac Truck Operator / Labourer to join our team. We have a great working relationship with many different partners and have been operating in the Canberra region for over 30 years.

The position would best suit someone who can work autonomously but also enjoys being part of a team.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide transport for waste material product from customer sites to recycling facilities

  • Daily pre-start and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance and good working condition

  • Promote a safe work environment by following safety protocols and using appropriate PPE

  • Complete projects as directed with the ability to deal with a diverse range of people effectively and provide excellent customer service

  • Maintain the current standard of work and strive for continuous improvement of the quality of our services

  • Operation of Hydro truck / Recycler truck

  • Pipe Relining

  • Pipe line replacement and excavation

  • Robotic Trenchless pipe cutting

Above award wages, and overtime rates will apply, along with on the job training.

To be successful in this position you'll need:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • OHS White Card;

  • Asbestos Awareness ticket;

  • Current Australian drivers licence.

  • HR Truck licence, Minimum MR

  • Construction or drainage experience

The following are desirable but not required:

  • Confined Space;

  • Pipe Relining Experience.
