About This Role
Your new Role:
The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides advanced clinical expertise and leadership in the management of urgent walk-in patients with complex care needs within a 24-hour Primary Care Centre. Working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, the CN is responsible for expert clinical decision-making, advanced assessment, triage, and coordination of care, ensuring high-quality and safe patient outcomes. The role also contributes to professional leadership, education, research, and portfolio-based management activities, requiring demonstrated experience in Advanced Life Support and Triage.

Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre
Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre, Gundu Pa is a state-of-the-art public health facility for the Wynnum and Manly areas providing a range of services under one roof, including a 24-hour Primary Care Centre, Addiction and Mental Health, Allied Health, Breast Screen Queensland, Child Development, Chronic Disease, Oral Health and Specialist Outpatients. The 24-hour Primary Care Centre is a walk-in service and designed to treat less urgent/minor injuries and illnesses.
