About the role

Join the dynamic administration team at Jacob Toyota as an Accounts Payable professional. In this full-time role based in Wodonga, VIC, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and record accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing and payment queries
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the month-end close process
  • Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well within a team environment
