Windgap Foundation is currently experiencing exciting changes and continual growth. We are looking for passionate and experienced Community Support Workers to join our Residential Female SIL (Supported Independent Living) teams and our Day Programs Services

Mandatory requirements:

  • Applicants must identify as Female
  • Previous industry (or related) experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Drivers Licence
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
