We're now looking for a Retail Operations & Sales Coordinator (Full Time) to join our fast-growing team on a Full-Time basis. This role has strong career progression opportunities, including the potential to move into a full-time position or transition into other areas of the business — from styling and client service to operations and events.

For the right person, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is motivated to start building into a successful sales career, with clear career progression within the business into a more sales based role, inbound/outbound or client facing.


About the Role

This is an in-office, hands-on role based in our beautiful Sydney CBD showroom. You'll play a vital support role in the daily operations, ensuring our garments and fittings are perfectly prepared for our high-profile clientele.

A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a coordinating, retail or operations role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, steaming, and organising custom garments (suits, shirts, jackets)
  • Coordinating clothing ahead of client appointments
  • Unpacking, labelling, and storing new stock
  • Keeping our showroom and office spaces tidy, presentable, and well-organised
  • Pickups or drop-offs for garments and clients
  • Supporting the sales team and stylists with ad-hoc tasks
  • Assisting client facing tailors to ensure they can deliver a world class experience to clients
