About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Roof Plumbing Leading Hand to join our team and contribute to a wide range of projects – from residential roof repairs to large-scale commercial replacements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of Roof Repairs and Replacements
  • Roof replacements
  • Roof inspections and reports
  • General roof repairs and maintenance
  • Roof compliance tasks
  • Site measuring and preparation
  • Quoting

What You'll Need

  • Plumbing registration (VBA)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Senior role
  • Manual driver's licence (preferred)
  • National Police Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
