Lead Roofing Plumber Opportunity

This is a full-time role for a Lead Roofing Plumber located in the Thomastown VIC area.

The successful candidate will oversee roof plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance and repair of roofing systems on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include supervising team members to ensure quality workmanship and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership ability with experience in managing teams and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong technical skills in plumbing and pipework, with knowledge of relevant trade certifications and licenses.
  • Maintenance and repair experience with a focus on ensuring high standard workmanship.
  • Previous experience as a lead roofing plumber is an advantage but not essential.
