About the role

Bolton Tree Service is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Industry-Ground Crew to join our dynamic team in Sawyers Valley, WA. As a fulltime member of our grounds crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and safety of the trees in our local community. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading provider of high-quality arborist services.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the safe and efficient execution of tree removal, pruning, and maintenance tasks
  • Driving trucks to and from sites,mulch runs and log deliveries.
  • Operating a variety of equipment and tools, such as chainsaws & chippers
  • Providing grounds support, including site preparation, debris clean-up, and site restoration
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participating in regular training to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in the tree industry
  • MR licence
  • Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Proficiency in the safe operation of various tree care equipment and tool
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
