If you're working for a mob that doesn't say thanks, chucks you on back-to-back jobs with no plan, or forgets you're human — we get it. We've been there. And we've flipped that script.


Here's the deal:
  • Hourly rate is dependant on not how long you've been here, but based on work ethic, skills and determination to grow — plus overtime available
  • All tools, safety gear & uniforms supplied
  • All work vehicles are supplied
  • Team froffies, good banter, and no egos
  • We actually check in, ask what you reckon, and back your ideas
  • Starting casual to then move to full-time, steady hours
  • Training & upskilling if you're keen to grow

The work:

We do hedging, mowing, mulching, pruning, clean-ups, and garden maintenance for NDIS, aged care and private clients all across Ballarat.

Sometimes solo, sometimes in a team — every day's different, but the standard stays high. We look after people's homes like they're our own.


You'll need:
  • A car & licence to get to and from work
  • A police check
  • Experience with garden maintenance or landscaping (or show us you've got the drive)
  • A good attitude – honest, reliable, respectful
  • Willingness to learn and work hard
  • A decent sense of humour — we don't take ourselves too seriously, only our work

This isn't just a mow-and-go job — unless that's all you want (and that's fine too).

But if you're someone who wants more than just showing up and clocking off, we've got a clear path forward.

  • Lead hand / crew leader roles

  • Upskilling in garden design, quoting, client communication
  • Extra hours if you want them
  • Potential to help run regions or mentor new team members

You won't get stuck mowing forever (unless you love it). We'll back you if you're keen to level up.
