Role
: SAP HR, Time Management and Payroll Consultant

Must have:

  • Minimum 5 Yrs of SAP HR, Time Management and Payroll experience.
  • Well versed with SAP core HR modules PA/OM, positive Time Management and Payroll (preferable Australia and NZ).
  • Basic knowledge of PCR (personnel calculation rules) and schema modification in payroll and time management.
  • At least 2 end to end implementation experience in SAP HR and payroll and Time Management.
  • Handson Experience in defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP PA,OM, TM and Payroll implementation and configuration.
  • SAP HR integration and workflow functional knowledge.

Technical Skills & Experience:
Nice to have basic debugging skills of SAP HR payroll objects and enterprise portal configuration.

Soft Skills and experience:
Microsoft tools like excel, PowerPoint etc. Good communication skills
