Are you a nurturing and experienced diploma qualified Lead Educator with a passion for infant development? Join our clients dedicated team at this 83 place, exceeding service in St Kilda. This family-owned and operated centre has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care and education.

We are seeking a Lead Educator for the 12 place nursery room, caring for children aged three months to 18 months. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated and collaborative team and make a meaningful impact on infants and toddlers learning.

Your key responsibilities will be to;

  • Lead the educational program and daily operations of a 12-place nursery room.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
  • Mentor and support  educators, fostering a respectful and collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure high standards of care, safety, and hygiene; support daily routines with sensitivity and consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about each child's progress and wellbeing.
  • Maintain NQS compliance and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing space tailored to infants and toddlers.
