Role Overview:

Provide expert legal advice and support on a range of matters (commercial, property, or Family depending on your specialty)

Work independently or collaboratively on client cases

Manage your own billing and client relationships

Compensation:

You'll be paid a competitive percentage of your billings, offering uncapped earning potential

The more you bill, the more you earn — simple, transparent, and rewarding

Ideal Candidate:

Admitted to practice law in Australia (or relevant jurisdiction)

Minimum 2 years post-admission experience

Strong communication and client management skills

Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines
