Conveyancing Assistant

The role

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will assist 2 Conveyancing Paralegals. Duties include -

• Typing initial letters, dealing with clients, other Solicitors, Brokers,
• Following up on outstanding conditions,
• Booking in settlements using PEXA,
• On line searches, in house stamping
• final letters and general administration duties.

You will be using Action step precedents. Training will be provided in areas you are not familiar with.

You

You will have a minimum of 1 years conveyancing assistant experience.

The law firm / Salary

Well established law firm based at Cleveland. Friendly staff, long term employees and a supportive environment. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $65,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation).
