How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?
We're on the lookout for an engaging Senior Demand Planner, reporting to the Regional Demand Planning Manager. In this role, you will develop and lead the demand forecast for key molecules/brands within our Australian portfolio in turn driving the creation and management of the demand signals by which the organization aligns supply chain and company resources.
We are currently on a continuous improvement journey within our IBP and Supply Chain planning process and see this as a great opportunity for you as a hands-on leader to apply best practice and stretch your wings into your career with us within our supportive Team.

How You'll Help Us Grow
- Shaping and evolving the Demand Management function for Australia & New Zealand through the demand planning system (Oracle Demantra) to create the best forecast
- Collaborating with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure the Demand Plan is aligned for the rolling 24+ month horizon; processes are in place to prioritise and manage demand where it exceeds supply, clearing slow moving/exit products and managing new product introductions
- Communicating and fostering discussion to achieve consensus demand plan with potential upside opportunity and downside risk
- Ensuring that the Demand Management process is integrated into the broader IBP process; documenting demand assumptions, opportunities and risks
- Making recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
- Evolving a suite of KPI's that evaluate past performance and drive improvement plans
Could This Be You?
You're a proven and strategic Demand Planner demonstrating success in managing and evolving a Demand function in an IBP environment for key portfolios. You have an in depth understanding of the overall Demand Process and a history in delivering high quality demand forecasts.
You're a natural hands-on leader who can drive and influence change, and you bring others along the journey. You're analytically minded and have an eye for identifying data trends. You comfortably build relationships and trust with internal teams and have excellent communication skills.
