Technicalities provides high level IT support and consulting services to clients within the Melbourne metropolitan area.

We have a full-time position available for a Client Services Manager with a focus on providing outstanding customer service to our customers.

The salary is negotiable and is dependent upon the experience and skills you will bring to the position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage escalated client queries with clear communication and friendly solutions

  • Manage reception staff, call flow, service tickets and invoicing

  • Manage client onboarding, project works and ongoing service delivery

  • Contribute to process and workflow improvement and initiatives

  • Keep client data up to date in CRM and other systems

  • Provide occasional reception support during staff absences

  • Assist Financial Controller and CEO with daily business operations
