Pritchard Pacific, a well-established company, is expanding its portfolio of process cooling and heat transfer projects. We're seeking motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our site teams, supporting the delivery of large-scale projects with safety, reliability, and teamwork at the core.

This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to gain experience with an industry leader, work alongside skilled tradespeople and engineers, and be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and growth.


What You'll Be Doing

· Be a qualified tradespeople and assist our site supervisors with day-to-day tasks

· Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently

· Be part of the team

· Support our crews with construction and maintenance activities

· Follow site safety protocols, toolbox talks, and inductions

· Ensure work areas are tidy, organised, and hazard-free


What You Bring

· Mechanical Fitter Qualification with construction site experience (preferred but not essential)

· A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

· White Card (Construction Induction) – essential

· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

· Physically fit and reliable, with a focus on safety

· Current driver's licence and reliable transport

· Australian Citizenship or valid working rights
