Refrigeration Mechanic – Residential A/C Specialist

We're looking for a refrigeration mechanic who sees split system installs as their bread and butter and knows they're a cut above the rest.

This is a residential-focused role with autonomy, trust, and pride in workmanship.

The Work

– Residential split system installations (core workload)

– Servicing, fault-finding and repairs

– Cleans and chemical treatments

– Working autonomously on jobs end-to-end

– Oversight and mentoring of apprentices

– Real homes — no construction chaos

About You

– Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic

– Refrigerant Handling Licence

– Driver's licence + CPR/LVR

– Strong residential split install background

– Professional presentation and tidy work

– Confident working independently and leading on site

Dual trade Refrigeration / Electrical Fitter Mechanics are highly regarded.

An electrical apprenticeship pathway is available for the right applicant looking to dual trade.
